Welcome to the Way of the Heart, I'm Nat. As I journey towards building a strong connection to my heart I’ve been faced with having to shed many layers that have confined this beautiful source of wisdom. The beginning of this process started with an immense amount of curiosity to learn about my mind, my beliefs and in general the ideas that serve as the foundation of my reality. Simultaneously, I became interested in the ideas and beliefs that are held collectively and that also create the collective reality. The conversations in this podcast have the intention to give you an opportunity to open your mind and heart allowing you to relieve suffering and shed the many layers of conditioning that have obstructed your capacity to connect with the wisdom of the heart. My hope is that we can reflect on the many ways we have lost our center and together, walk back to the way of our heart. "Who am I?" and "what roll does my heart play?" is the north star of this podcast's conversations.
