Many many stability fixes for this and Nascar 1999. Both the game now looks like this. Scissor test is failing somewhere. The cockpit view was messed up because the primary surface render target was being selected at an offset (with an X and Y displacement). This reason the top of the view is still messed up is because RReady isn't resetting the view somewhere. Nascar 1999 looks more or less like this, with a messed up cockpit roof and rear view mirror.
