Can I Beat FE8 If All Enemies Have 99 Move?

Fire Emblem the Sacred Stone is usually a pretty easy game, the enemy's just don't scale very well. So in this video I decided to mod the game to not increase any of the enemy's combat stats, but increase there move to 99. This would effectively allow every enemy to move to any space on the map (with a few exception like some terrain). This would mean on every map I would immediately be pressured by a large number of enemy's, and since was also an Ironman (No Resets) I really had to think of a careful strategy to survive.
