This is my first non stealth build ever, and i have to say this build is extremely cheesy, almost braindead. The body perks, painducer, and biomonitor-bloodpump combo alone can make your character pretty much unkillable. Not to mention the quick melee + shotgun burst can deal crazy amount of damage. Sure, in terms of one shot kill, stealth have more ways to deliver. But this is pretty much an easier way to defeat the game, even in the hardest difficulty. Disclaimer: This is still an unfinished build, but if this build can offer you this much power to push through the game well imagine if you are optimized even further at higher level with better equipment.
