Toilet Does NOT Stop Filling! Water Keeps Running

What to check and do if your toilet does not stop filling and the water keeps running. In this video I show you how to replace the toilet fill valve seal and then the fill valve itself. Our toilet kept leaking water into the bowl like this before and last time the problem was a leaking flapper. This time was a little different. The water kept refilling every few minutes and then started to constantly fill and go into the overflow tube. I was hoping I could get away with replacing only the seal but ended up having to replace the whole valve after all.
