#update #waterleak #vhondalc The water leak took some time to locate exactly where it was in the wall but the men found it. There were a couple of places where there were teeny tiny cracks and when the person upstairs ran water down drains it would drip in the wall in my apartment. After they fixed the leaks they waited a couple of days to make sure they found them all before they hung drywall. I can tell a huge difference in the amount of humidity in my apartment and the ability of my a/c unit to cool. I was dumping the dehumidifier 3 to 4 times a day. I'm so thankful for all their hard work and having a dehumidifier and fans to dry out the floors and walls. Life is great. It's really nice to be a renter and not have that burden on my shoulders to figure out how to fix it and how to pay for it to be fixed. I love it here. The men are so nice that fixed the wall. They cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. I couldn't ask for better landlords. My cup runneth over.
