THE SURGE 2 - How to Beat Delver and Get His V2.0 Boss Weapon (Helix of the Delver V2.0)

Here's how to beat DELVER in The Surge 2 and get the "Helix of the Delver V2.0" weapon from him. PHASE 1 - Nearly entirely about blocking until he's stunned and getting your hits in then. Use the implant to help give you the direction of attacks if needed. I find it easier without it. PHASE 2 - Target armored arms as priority as they are the armored parts that must be broken to get the V2.0 weapon. Block his swipes, break arms when he's stunned. If you're struggling to break them due to damage output, use charged attacks. When he flies around, lock off and go for the nanite things he puts on the ground. Fail to destroy them and he'll suck them back up to recover. PHASE 3 - Target legs, body and head to break armor. Keep your distance. Wait for his big slide attack. Dodge it, then run up and do a charged attack to break his armor. Also use the drone to break armor. Wear the Jaguar armor set to get more drone omni-cells for your drone. Makes breaking at least two pieces of armor a cinch. BUILD IN THIS VIDEO: Note that a specific build really isn't required as it is the mechanics that matter. But, in this video this is the build I'm using: ARMOR - Jaguar Armor Set (upgraded to Mk V) WEAPON - Jag-22 "Aeterna" (upgraded to Mk V) IMPLANTS - Nanite Shatterer (increases dmg to nanite enemies) - Energy Dynamo (increase energy from attacks) - Drone Proximity Adapter (increase drone damage when close)* - Dynamic Redirector (getting hit grants energy) - Ancillary Core (increase core power) - Omni-Cell clip (+5 omni-cells / ammo for drone) - Deflection Damage Enhancer (successful directional blocks increase damage 10%) - Nano Absorber (reduces nano effect build up +150) - Medi-Voltaic Injection (you know, health) * pretty good if you remember to shoot it up close, I didn't, so you can safely swap this for something better.
