"The Insider" correspondent Nina Parker caught up with Brandy at her surprise birthday party on Tuesday night where the stars were sworn to secrecy by Brandy's little brother, Ray J. But before the big reveal, Nina got the scoop from Ray J himself. "It took us about 3 weeks," he revealed of planning. "I mean she spent over like $200,000 -- 300,000 on my 25th birthday party. So I gotta return the favor." But Ray J wasn't the only one pulling off a surprise. Brandy's best friend Tyrese Gibson flew in the birthday girl's favorite gospel singer, Kim Burrell. "Kim was actually at my house," Tyrese told Nina. "I was afraid of putting her at a hotel because Brandy would've probably found out."
