This was my first trip into the incredibly diverse rock sounds this beloved band has offered over their discography and geez I had no idea what was happening a lot of the time. What a ride, truly tasteful dynamics constantly keeping you on your toes. I didn't know which album to start with so I just picked Lateralus, this monster album feels like you are consistently being thrown from one time signature to another. Im so glad I finally took the time to sit with this band.
