Betong (Thai: เบตง, pronounced [bēː.tōŋ]; Malay: Betung (Jawi: بيتوڠ ) ; Chinese: 勿洞) is a town (thesaban mueang) in southern Thailand 位于泰南, near the Malaysian border. It is the capital of Betong District, the southernmost district of Yala Province. As of 2005, the town has a population of 24,688. Popular tourism spots in Betong are Inter Bird’s Nest Soup （国际燕窝） , the Piyamit Tunnels （友谊村马共历史遗迹与地道） , Winter Flower Garden （第二友谊村 万花园）, Betong Hot Springs （勿洞热水湖）, Wooden Guan Yin Temple （木观音庙） , Lin Guniang Temple （林姑娘庙（慈善堂）） and Aiyerweng Skywalk （爱育吻天空桥云海） Well-planned itinerary brings alot benifit for us to enjoy a better tour journey.
