You can also turn on subtitles for information on each repair throughout the video. This is 1971 Honda CB350. I bought it in non-running condition, and although I was told it ran and rode 3 years ago, the decades-old tires say otherwise. So, I gathered up those pieces and got started putting this bike back on the road. Chapters 00:00 - Intro 2:20 - Checking the basics -Battery condition, fuel and oil, making sure the engine turns over 4:24 - Cleaning the ignition points 5:23 - Checking for spark 6:51 - Seeing if it'll fire off 7:22 - Cleaning the carburetors 11:55 - Installing the carburetors and hearing it run 14:40 - Unloading 16:19 - airing it up and blowing off cobwebs 17:34 - Seeing if the battery can be saved 18:28 - Cleaning up some wires -These wires normally go inside the headlight bucket, someone replaced the headlight and taped them up against the frame. 24:01 - Getting it to run for a little longer, making some adjustments and inspections - Replacing the fuel lines and installing the gas tank. I had to re-adjust a throttle cable, then I made sure the alternator was charging the battery and the transmission was working. I also had to adjust the clutch mechanism. 29:24 - Riding it around the block 30:00 - General maintenance -Changing the oil, which ended up being overfill and caused issues with the clutch. I replaced the leaking side cover gasket, then did a basic tune up: Resetting the timing chain tension, checking the point gap, and checking the ignition timing. 41:33 - Fixing the tachometer -Some internal components were snapped and bent, I was able to make it good enough for now. 46:46 - Replacing the fork seals 53:55 - fixing the kickstand from smacking the exhaust pipe 54:55 - Re-installing the forks 56:21 - Replacing the tires 1:04:07 - Balancing the wheels 1:05:34 - Re-installing the wheels 1:09:28 - For next time 1:09:46 - Let's boogie 1:11:23 - Cat & horse
