The effect is surprisingly easy to create, and in this video I will teach you how to make a mechanism that is hidden inside a magic spellbook; as well as making a Color Changing Witches Brew Potion to go with it! These perpetual spinning DIY potion bottles are a perfect addition to your Halloween decorations! They would fit in wonderfully with a Harry Potter, Hocus Pocus, or Witchy theme.
