Building our own BGA with GENERATOR | Animals on Haut-Beyleron | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 63

Today we are in Haut-Beyleron and we building our own BGA with Generator. We started by inspecting what the workers did while we were gone. They leveled up the pad and then they poured a concrete slab where we gonna place all our components for our own BGA. Then we had to move one beehive because it was in the way and then we started placing BGA components. First, we placed Fermenter 200, and then we placed Bunker Middle with Biogrinder. Those are the two main components for every BGA that you need. After that was done we decided also to get the Generator. We need up spending 335.000 euros for those three components and now we can turn our silage into electricity that we can sell and make more money. The Bunker Middle with Biogrinder moves the silage into the Fermenter 200 where it turns into fermentation residue and raw methane. Then we used raw methane to power the generator that turns raw methane into electricity which we then sell. We have plans for the future to have more components for our BGA so we can have a bigger capacity and also make more money. When we got the BGA built it was time to return borrowed equipment. So we jumped into Volkswagen Amarok and headed to the construction company that let us borrow the equipment. We took Volvo FMX500 with a Goldhofer trailer from them and headed back to the farm. After we got back to the farm we loaded the Grove crane onto the trailer and then transported it back to the construction company. When that was done we borrowed other Volvo FMX500 with a Fliegl low-loader trailer and we headed back to the farm and loaded John Deere 180G excavator. After we got it returned to the construction company we jumped into Volkswagen Amarok and headed back to the farm. We washed the Volkswagen Amarok and then parked it in the garage. The last job we had to do was to load the BGA with silage and test it out. For that job, we decided to use Fendt 820 TMS Vario with a front loader and bucket. We jumped into the tractor and switched the pallet forks for a bucket and then headed to the BGA. First, we had to open up the bunker silo but we needed to remove the tires and sandbags. So we did that and then we removed the tarp from the bunker silo. Then we loaded the BGA full of silage and set up everything. Now we just need to wait for the BGA to process the silage so we decided to wash the tractor. When we got the tractor washed we switched the bucket for pallet forks and then parked it. Then we headed inside the house for a coffee break while BGA was working.
