Sources further revealed that the leaders of the INDIA bloc have reached a consensus on this change. This will mark the third time Hemant Soren is sworn in as Jharkhand's Chief Minister. Champai Soren is anticipated to submit his resignation by late evening, around 8 PM. The Odisha Government announced an extra holiday on Wednesday in observance of Rath Yatra. As a result, banks, magisterial courts, and state government offices will be closed on Monday, July 8, following the Rath Yatra, which takes place on Sunday.
