Polk Audio unveiled a new line of high performance loudspeakers for the budget minded called the Reserve Series. Reserve shares many of the attributes of their flagship Legend Series including the Pinnacle Ring Radiator tweeter and turbine midbass cones specially shaped and placed to reduce “break-up modes", while also increasing rigidity. What's new to the Reserve series is some very innovative port technology that is said to reduce internal resonances and eliminate port chuffing. IMAX enhanced is also a feature Polk brings to this Reserve series. Think Legend performance but at much more affordable pricing.
