Gohatto (御法度), also known as Taboo, is a 1999 Japanese film directed by Nagisa Ōshima. The production was Õshima's final film before his death, thirteen years after Gohatto's premiere. I previously reviewed Gohatto, but since watching it, I noticed that I couldn't stop thinking about the film. So I decided to rewatch it and I definitely got more out of it.
