I love coleslaw. It's Crunchy, Tangy, Creamy, a Little Salty, depending how you like it. And best of all it's super simple. Like it comes together in minutes simple. It can be made hours or days before. And it can be kept in the fridge in an air tight container for 3-5 days. Below is the ingredients and amounts per 1 batch. Slaw mix per 1 Batch. I like to do this mix : 3 Cups of Green Cabbage Shredded. 1-2 Cups of Red Cabbage Shredded. 1 Cup of Carrots Shredded. 4 Green Onions Sliced. 1/4 Cup of Italian Parsley, Rough Chopped. Dressing per 1 Batch. 1 Cup of Mayo. 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar. 1/4 Tsp Salt and Pepper Each. 1/4 Tsp Paprika. 1/4 Tsp of Celery Seeds. Half of a Lemon, Squeezed. 1 Tbsp of Sugar OR Honey. Mix well, Then add to your slaw mix. Let sit for a few hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
