I am a Jamaican living in Switzerland and for the past 5 weeks I have been living and working on a Swiss Farm. In today`s video I am giving you a farm tour, the start of famous Swiss cheese. Without these well knowledgable farmers producing high quality milk there would be no such thing as Fondu, Appenzeller cheese, Gruyère among many others. If you have tried Swiss cheese you know exactly what I am talking about... they are simply good cheese.
