A homie by the name of Ashton (@ashton.film) recently reached out to me and asked if I'd like to borrow his Fujifilm TX-1 to shoot with. I happily obliged and took the camera on a family outing to Mt. Rainier and put three rolls of Portra 400 through the camera. This was my first time shooting panoramas on film and I definitely made some composing and exposure miscalculations, but overall I am stoked on these results. My inner filmmaker is quite obsessed with the wide format and it appears as though I will need to invest in a panoramic system in the future. It was a very long day of filming and shooting, but one of the best days I've had in a long time. Thanks again to Ashton for making this video possible!
