6 tips for fun lower league career mode FIFA saves 1 - Focus on certain attributes to build your squad around Pick a style of play that you’d like to use High Pressing Stamina Work Rates Strength Counter attack Pace Passing Composure Long Ball Height Strength Long Passing Heading Sign players that fit into the tactic Restricts the types you can sign Lets you try new players 2 - Pick a team with interesting kits/history/stadiums Just about the only things you cant change Some leagues have massive amounts of teams with the same kit colours Germany with Red Spain with Blue 3 - Dont get too attached to your players You will likely outgrow most of your starting squad Try to keep some all the way, as teams like Blackpool & Bournemouth did irl 4 - dont rebuild your team every year (keep team semi consistent) The opposite of the last tip No team signs 11 new player for their starting team after promotion Pick a realistic number, something like 3 or 4 to replace to progress slower and enjoy your time in these lower leagues 5 - dont abuse the youth academy Super easy to get a team of 80+ Potential players in League 1 This would never happen irl Even teams with famous academies like Crewe would have max of 5 with 70+ No problem having lots of youth, just try to keep it realistic Sell players who are too good for your league, ie 78 ovr in League 2 6 - give different leagues a go You don't always have to play in England, give Germany, France or Spain a go. They might be less leagues, but can take just as many season if because of better teams in those leagues. If you find them too easy, create a club thats nowhere near good enough, give yourself no money and see if you can struggle up the leagues.
