Egg Fried Rice - How to make Egg fried rice - Egg Fried recipe - The best egg fried rice INGREDIENTS: Garlic - 5 Shallots - 5 Soy sauce - 1tsp Leftover cooked Rice - 2 cups Mixed vegetables - 1 cup Eggs - 2 White pepper powder - 1tsp Oil - 2Tbsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Salt -1/2tsp Spring onions DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic saute for a minute add in the chopped shallots again sauté for a minute 2. Add in the chopped vegetables stir fry for 4 minutes add in 2 whisked eggs and scramble them 3. Now to this add in 2 cups of leftover cold rice, now to this add in the white pepper powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce and spring onions 4. Keep stirring for 2 minutes on high flame till everything is well combined 5.
