We begin our 2nd day exploring Anyox first with a look at the General Store built in 1912. It was one of the first buildings built in the town and is one of the first you see as you enter Granby Bay. All that remains today is the concrete shell of the store and scattered artifacts. We will travel along the shore and through the forest towards the remains of the Coke Plant. We then hike through the townsite stopping at many of the ruins of the buildings and structures of the original town, to finally visit the cemetery where many of the towns residents were laid to rest.
