Add water and fresh orange juice into a pot over medium heat. 2. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low heat. 3. Add sugar to the mixture. Bring back to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar into the syrup. 4. Let it simmer until it reduces down to the consistency of a sticky syrup. 5. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. The syrup will thicken more as it cools. 6. Pour into a glass jar or bottle, refrigerate. - Raspberry Syrup: 1. Add water, raspberries into a pot over medium high heat. 2. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low heat. Cook until the berries breakdown about 10-15 mins. 3. Breakdown the berries with a spatula as needed. 4. The raspberries will have lost most of their color and the water should be deep pink or red in color. 5. Remove from heat. Strain the syrup using a fine mesh sieve or strainer into a clean bowl. 6. Press the berries into the strainer to extract as much syrup as possible. 7. Once the raspberry liquid is strained, discard the solid berries. 8. Add sugar and lemon juice to the mixture. Bring back to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar into the syrup. 9. Let it simmer until it reduces down to the consistency of a sticky syrup. 10. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. The syrup will thicken more as it cools. 11. Pour into a glass jar or bottle, refrigerate. - Blackberry Syrup: 1. Add water, blackberries into a pot over medium high heat. 2. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low heat. Strain the syrup using a fine mesh sieve or strainer into a clean bowl. 3. Add peach mixture into a pot over medium heat. 4. Add sugar and lemon juice to the mixture. Bring back to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar into the syrup. 5. Let it simmer until it reduces down to the consistency of a sticky syrup. 6. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. The syrup will thicken more as it cools. 7. Pour into a glass jar or bottle, refrigerate. eNjOy!
