Welcome to one of our warm up tracks - it's up beat and sure to get that heart going. The purpose of this is to just start getting our muscles and joints warmed up for our Burlesque Dance routines. Its a nice follow along DISCLAIMER By taking part in this Video you confirm you know of NO reason why you should not take part and that you consider yourself to be in good health to complete exercise workouts. It is important you listen to the instructions and follow carefully. As we are not face to face; I can not be held responsible for any injuries but if you listen and follow my instructions you should be able to enjoy a satisfying session. You do not have permission to record this session or share with anyone else. All participants must register individually. It is up to you to ensure your workout area is hazard free and if you are using any props chairs, weights, mats etc it is your responsibility to ensure these are in good safe condition.
