Frame specific and momentum based technique to cancel Luigi's side B which I discovered. Misfire will not get Canceled. I don't know any of the frame datas for this technique, but I believe that it is because when Luigi is in his free fall state and you send his momentum forward he tilts his face to the ground a little, therefore dipping down a little bit before his side B starts which makes him hit the ground and cancel it. Must be done probably a frame or two before he hits the ground. If you land while in charge, Luigi will straighten up and be unable to cancel.
