If you try it, tag me and let me know!! 🥳🍓🫐 KITCHEN ESSENTIALS 🪄 Non-stick pan (32 cm): https://amzn.to/3L9FolR Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl: https://amzn.to/4csbTrE Now, FULL RECIPE 📝 Matcha-Banana pancakes (plant-based) Ingredients Wet - 1 ripe banana (mashed) - 3 tbsp plant yoghurt - 1 tbsp shredded vegan cheese - 1 tsp sweetened condensed coconut milk (optional) - 3/4 cup plant milk (I’m using oat milk) - 1 tsp vinegar Dry - 1 cup white flour - 1/4 cup almond flour *Spices (must) - Pinch of salt - 1/2 tsp (each): baking powder, baking soda *Spices (optional) - 1 tsp (each): maca powder, matcha powder - 2 tsp hemp seeds - 1/2 tsp cinnamon Others - Vegan butter for frying (Using Violife’s) Fruits: banana, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, straberries. Optional - mango, kiwi, grapes, apples.. Else: maple syrup, vegan hazelnut spread, Biscoff spread (lotus). Method 1. In a large bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix well. 2. Add the dry ingredients and combine very well. The batter should turn green (if you added matcha) and be pretty thick but still liquid. 3. Cool in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. 4. Now you can squeeze yourself some healthy, vitamin C-loaded orange juice and cut some refreshing fruits. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add the vegan butter. 6. After it melts, add 1/4-1/3 cup of the batter to the pan, keeping space between each pancake (I fry 3-4 on a 32cm pan). 7. Flip when you see the edges lifting and slightly browning (2-3 min). Fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side. 8. Serve with your favorite toppings and spreads!
