Pontiacs take over Pigeon Forge took place at the Le Conte Centre during the first weekend of June 2023. Pontiacs car show drew thousands of Pontiac enthusiasts from all over America to the Le Conte Centre for the love of Pontiacs but more so for raising money for St Judes Children’s Hospital. The organizers of the event Mike Blackburn and his family dedicate the show to their late daughter Ciera and donate a hundred percent of the show to the St Judes Children’s Hospital. This is an awesome classic car event for all Pontiac lovers and I was glad to catch the last day of Pontiacs Take Over Pigeon Forge and catch some of the winners as they were leaving the awards ceremony. I had a great time meeting Paul and Ami with their 1969 GTO. 1969 Pontiac GTO with 400 Ram Air engine restored back to original period correct design. In the parking lot I run into a few winners including two award winning 1973 Grand Am as well as a later model Pontiac with Cindy and her award winning 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP. .
