Introducing “myAnnealer” ie “Smart annealing made Simple”. Wow! Absolute dynamic consistency from one brass case to the next and specific to each case requirement is achieved with adjustable the Time Exposure Management and Glow Sensor Technology combination, ensuring that all cartridges are annealed to exactly the same level irrespective of the variation in brass case thickness or the alloy consistency. The unit boast many new features, not seen before, build to light industrial quality for durability and longevity. MyAnnealer is a well thought-out design and practical work-study flow process, from the Emergency Stop to the large touch screen that makes the user interface simplistic and easy to use with intuitive settings and operations. The unit uses a smart controlled stepper motor with 8 programmable settings, in total there are 15 memory locations of which 10 is for Glow Sensor operation and another 5 for Time based operation. Once a setting for a particular case size is established, the user can name, store, rename and recall settings for each calibre as annealed before. The latest technology is incorporated, enhancing and maximising efficiency with anneal times that vary between 1.7 seconds to 5 seconds, dependant on the specific calibre, height and glow setting. A servo trap door releases the cartridges automatically when annealing is complete and a drop tray is included. MyAnnealer was designed to international standards and operates from 110V to Unit size, 360(w) x 335(l) x 330(h) mm, steel powder coated, runs on 220V AC and requires less than 1kW, hence easy to power from a small generator or inverter system. MyAnnealer is air cooled, no water supply is required. The majority of the components employed are available as standard components around the globe, facilitating possible remote maintenance that might be required. In standard configuration cartridges up to 90mm long and 17mm diameter can be annealed at 8 x .223 cases p/m. Options for bigger or longer, and with high levels of customization is possible. Trust me it is very easy to set-up and use, right out the box you are able to anneal to expert professional level. Remember the Zink makes the brass (i) hard(er), as it increases to about 35%, the (ii) tensile strength, (iii) yield strength will increase, thereafter the brass will get harder but (ii) and (iii) will suffer. As general examples, 6mmBR to 308 WIN, alloy series C24000* – NORMA (CU (copper) 77%, ZN (zink)), LAPUA (CU 75%, ZN 25% / even trace additives 0.19 Si and 0.08 Cr), FERERAL (CU 78%, ZN 20%), REMINGTON (CU 80%, ZN 20%), series C26000* WINCHERSTER (CU 72%, ZN 27%) and – S&B (CU 72%, ZN 28%) *Note excluding impurities.
