It's back to shearing again today at Ewetopia Farms! This time, it's the big boys! Come watch as we shear forty really heavy and large Suffolk and Dorset rams. These are not your everyday sheep. These boys were bred and retained as breeding stock, so are the most powerful of our sheep. You need to be a really professional and strong shearer to be able to handle animals of this size safely. Not only do the sheep need to have their wool removed humanely, but the shearer himself also has to be safe from the harm such big animals can inflict on you.
