Ginjo Kugo is the main antagonist of Bleach’s Fullbring arc. He is a controversial character, as some believe that his role as a villain was cliche and predictable. He had concealed himself as the good guy while planning to steal Ichigo’s newly acquired powers the whole time. There is a lot to discuss about Ginjo, including his role as the first Substitute Shingami, as well as his feelings about the Gotei 13 and Ukitake, and the bond that he shares with his fellow fulllbringers. Ginjo is a character who I would have loved to see more of during the Thousand Year Blood War arc, and I hope that when the anime returns he gets more of a spotlight, as I would have loved to see him apologise to Ichigo.
