Honestly, haven't gotten as much adrenaline from a speed kill as this, since my duo kerapac over a year ago. Missed that feeling. Any questions, let me know. During this process I learnt a lot more about raksha. It's not all about damage, I only dbow a couple of times. Phase timing is so important, especially for this rot. Phasing it into p3 too early, would phase to phase 4 1tick sooner, ruining the rotation. Random stuff like making sure I don't get a melee auto in p2. And p1 can be up to 2ticks slower, without affecting the killtime. Because my goal time kept getting lower, the rotation went through many iterations, finally settling on this. p1-3 can easily be faster, but that causes issues in p4. This whole process was basically just cooldown management. Faster is obviously possible, as with any speed kill. But I'm proud of this, especially as I wanted to range camp it.
