Hart to Hart Theme Music - Full Version (The Freeway Mix)

The Hart to Hart theme music, by Mark Snow, is probably the most disco sounding tune ever to accompany a TV series… so here is a C&T full version! Starring Robert Wagner (Jonathan Hart) and Stefanie Powers (Jennifer Hart), Hart to Hart was an American mystery TV series that ran from 1979 - 1984 and was produced by Spelling-Goldberg Productions and Columbia Pictures Television. While living a wealthy glamorous lifestyle, Jonathan & Jennifer Hart would regularly solve crimes and find themselves caught up in a murder mystery. Their housekeeper, Max (Lionel Stander) and family pet dog, Freeway, would frequently assist the Hart’s in their investigations as well as ensure the smooth running of their Bel Air mansion. For this remix, I’ve used the music from the opening and closing titles from season 2 and the piano riff from the opening of season 4. The titles were, in my view, the most memorable part of the show as they featured a montage of the Harts’ escapades while Max introduced us to the show’s premise through voice over - culminating in the classic lines… “By the way, my name is Max. I take care of both of them – which ain’t easy; ‘cause when they met, it was murder.” No copyright infringement intended.
