Vidura was known for his wisdom, intelligence, and impartiality. According to the Mahabharata, Vidura was born to Sage Vyasa and a maid servant of the royal household, who was also the mother of Pandu and Dhritarashtra. As a result of his lower birth, Vidura was not considered a legitimate heir to the throne and was therefore not given any political power. Despite this, Vidura became a trusted advisor to the Kuru family and served as the prime minister to King Dhritarashtra. He was known for his honesty and wise counsel and was often sought after by the Kuru brothers for his guidance. During the events leading up to the Kurukshetra War, Vidura tried to prevent the conflict by advising Dhritarashtra to make peace with the Pandavas. However, his advice was ignored, and the war ensued. After the war, Vidura played an important role in the reconstruction of the kingdom and the establishment of Yudhishthira as the new king. However, he soon retired from politics and went on a pilgrimage. In some versions of the Mahabharata, Vidura is depicted as an incarnation of the god Dharma, who was sent to earth to restore righteousness and justice. He is also revered in Mahabharata as a symbol of wisdom, impartiality, and righteousness. #Viduraneethi #Vidura #Vidurudu #Mahabharatam #ChagantiVidurudu #chaganti #chagantipravachanalu #mahabharatamtelugu #chagantipravachanalu #chagantikoteswararaospeeches #chagantipravachanam #chagantikoteswararao
