Take a bunch of lemongrass and cut them 6 to 8 inches from bottom then remove the outer dead skin and put in a glass of water, the water should to be one or two inches, leave them in some shady area outside and change water every 3 days within 10 to 14 days roots will start growing then transplant them in pot with good potting mix they will grow fast with in a month time, you can harvest them for making tea and use in your cooking.they will grow again and again so you don’t have to buy them again.
