Tenderloin Sandwich is the official sandwich of Indiana, I make a breaded version that rivals the restaurant recipe. It's the best one I've ever eaten. Ingredients: To make 4 sandwiches you will need: 2 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt OR MORE like 3/4 teaspoon 2 cups buttermilk 2/3 cup plain flour 4 one inch thick boneless pork chops 3 sleeves of saltine crackers (salted saltine crackers) 3 cups vegetable oil for frying Never fill your pan more than 1/2 full of oil.
