Functional Training Dumbbell Dozen Workout of the Week

Tommy and Anka bring you this week’s WOW, filmed LIVE at FIBO 2015. This workout consists of 12 exercises, with 12 reps of each exercise, with no breaks in-between. It works the upper body and lower body, as well as incorporating compound movements for all over conditioning. Before you start, be sure to select your dumbbell and dumbbell weight carefully. This workout is 144 reps at the end with advanced movements in between like push-ups, lunges and squats. You might want to think about the dumbbell you’d naturally choose, and then take it down a kilogram or two. You can always do the complex again on another day if your dumbbell choice seems fairly easy – you’ll still get a good workout. Exercises; High pull Press up and row Squat and press Sumo Deadlift Front lunge and press Bent over row Snatch Reverse lunge and arm curl Rotating press Side lunge to high pull Back squat Clean 12 exercises x 12 reps - no break!
