This is a One Take review of: Phillips Somneo Sleep & Wakeup Light Feb 14th Update! I managed to get a hold of someone and they've sent me a new one. They said they wanted my old one to investigate the issue but they forgot to send return shipping. I'll wait a month and then disassemble the non working one. (expect a video on that too!). once I've put the second one through its paces I'll upload another review. original UPDATE: After 5 days of use, this light is completely and totally dead. The power supply outputs its expected voltage, However no Light or activity occurs. the USB port outputs 0.6v, so I am assuming that some voltage regulator has died. For a $200 Light, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Phillips support is almost non existant, I waited on hold for 45 minutes the first time and got disconnected, I'll have to try again
