I definitely prefer it over the original, but we're now over 2 years on and to see the only change being the optic is disappointing. They're 2 years too late in my opinion. I also would have loved it if Armytek had used an XHP70.3 HI, that would make it more of a long range model. Besides this, it's a really well performing light with excellent build quality, very well made.
