http://www.longplays.org Played by: MadMatty Sega Ages Arcade port of Outrun to the Sega Saturn released in 1996. The game is pretty much arcade accurate with numerous settings to change difficulty. The game would normally run at 30fps, but the Saturn version supports a Smooth 60fps mode as shown in this video. Sometimes the road lines disappear when a few cars are on screen so maybe the game is adjusting it self to maintain that framerate. I also select Japanese layout as I am using the Japanese release of the game. The game also allows the selection of Arranged or Original arcade soundtracks. I initially show the Saturn arranged music which is good, followed by a couple of the arcade originals. I show all 5 endings to the game.
