At last, after several months of working, it's finally done! The long awaited Pack 13 is finally available! I would like to apologize for taking so long, life just got in my way of me making pack 13. It was very slow going, but it was all worth it! Credits of these audio clips belong to their respectful owners. Edit: If anyone asks why are some of the whistles are missing, a friend on Discord asked me to delete them due to the concern of the whistle kids making videos and sound effects without giving proper credit to the original owner.
