Alright alright, but all jokes about parental rejection aside (by all means I'll still laugh though XD), I really do feel like the writers did a good job in making the Demon Bull Family's interactions FEEL like they're actually a family. From the way Red Son speaks so highly of his father and wanting to prove himself, to how he shows relief and renewed confidence when Iron Fan shows up to collect him and the key. Whenever he talks about gaining victory and power, he uses "we", including his parents, instead of "I", for himself. And even for as little praise he receives from them, I honestly don't believe that they truly berate him (besides when DBK was possessed by WBS obv); I see the bickering more as a family dynamic, if you will.
