Reshape the dough into a ball, place it back into a bowl, and let it rest for 1 hour. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 445°F and leave the cast iron in the oven as well. 7. Bake the bread for 10 minutes at 445°F, then lower the temperature to 425°F and bake for 30-35 minutes. 8. Let the bread cool down before cutting it.
