Luxury Houses on the Hill When passing through the area, I noticed these three large structures on a hill looking down over the city, at the time I thought they were mansions and became very excited. I drove up the winding road leading to the buildings and saw a couple of camping trailers, I approached one of them, a man and his dog came out and greeted me. We spoke for a bit and he informed me that the mansions were actually luxury condo units that were built about 5 years ago but never finished. The man said he was in contact with the owners and that they had allowed him to stay there in exchange for helping to maintain the buildings. He gave me the go ahead to have a look around and take photos.
