It is of a new idea for a pond shower filter using a small wheelie bin which can easily be moved around / stored away in a shed without having to totally strip down the filter. The first media shown in the video is the new Biohome Shower media which is incredibly hard wearing but also extremely porous, having a structure similar to Biohome Ultra and Biohome Maxi Ultimate which is a perfect environment for supporting a great balance of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria for full cycle filtration (reduction in nitrate). I also show a few other types of media which make a good budget option for the biological side of filtration.
