The snare drum sound is an important part of not only the drum mix audio, but the entire mix of the band. Whether in live sound reinforcement, or in the studio, you want a solid snare drum sound to keep your rhythm section dialed in and tight. These mixing tips and tricks, as well general concepts, should help you build your own mixes quickly and efficiently. Example shown using X-Air PC Edit but same principles apply for iPad and Android Apps as well as on the surface of the Behringer X32 and Midas M32.
