I needed a party theme idea and since I used to be a high school teacher, why not use a “Sweet Sixteen” party theme?!?!? This hula hoop is so simple but adds such an elegant touch to your next Sweet Sixteen party...or for any kind of celebration. You can do so much when it comes to decorating a Sweet Sixten Birthday party. This is just one idea for you to do and it wasn’t expensive at all. I got the hula hoop from Dollar Tree and the balloons from Party City (not sponsored from either) and I probably spent about $20 in total. It was so easy...I promise you can do it too!
