This Painting Board is made from a high quality MDF board which is sealed then triple primed on one side with a high quality gesso primer which is finely sanded to a smooth finish. The surface is suitable for acrylic, oil, pencil and other media including resins. The smooth surface gives great brush control and is also great for use with palette knives.
