Probably the hardest boss in the game, outside of the secret bosses. He shows up if you spend, I think 5 minutes, on a single floor. He can't come into the little room at the stairs though, so you're safe from him there. In battle he does... everything, the only type of attacks he doesn't have are Slash and Strike, and he'll exploit your weaknesses mercilessly. To fight him on Maniac you really need the accessories that cover your party's weaknesses, otherwise he'll just keep spamming whatever they're weak to over and over. He doesn't seem to care too much if you're weak to Light or Dark though, I've never seen him target it repeatedly before. While you can't really do the Thunder Reign strategy properly on the PSP version anyway, I went out of my way to not make him dizzy at all throughout the fight, I don't really consider it cheap or cheating in any way to abuse Shock, but I thought I'd do it this way for the sake of recording it. It was fun, and took me a few attempts.
