This is a slightly modified version of my morning routine, it's designed to be listened to first thing in the morning as an alarm clock or just by pressing play. Bluetooth headphones recommended, or at least use your phone so you can move about the house. I've struggled to maintain solid morning and evening routines for ages. Using this method I've had nearly 100% success for the last several months, I hope it helps other people too. This routine is obviously not tailor made for you, we all have different goals and priorities, but focus on testing the process of using a recorded routine, does a recorded routine work for you?
