How to read, reset, or program the fuses on an Atmel AVR ATTINY85 device when all else fails (after you've bricked it), using Arduino as a high voltage serial programmer with a 12 volt power source. I would like to later re-integrate functionality to recognize other devices and will update the sketch at that time, but I don't currently have other devices to test with.
